Modernizing Professional Learning Through A Subscription Framework

“INSPIRE” by FabFitFun and Stitch Fix… The Kane ROE has created a monthly subscription box for Professional Learning. INSPIRE is a professional learning box subscription delivered monthly to help educators learn, implement, and reflect on best practices. Each subscription box contains resources and ready to use classroom activities centered around a common educational theme. Learn about how you can develop your own customized subscription box.

  • Understand the concept of subscription framework in education.
  • Be able to create a subscription framework in their ESA.
  • Marketing strategies used to increase subscriptions.

Modernizing and Expanding Your Services Through Bite-Sized Videos

The presentation will provide a robust glance at the use of bite-sized videos for professional learning and services utilized in one of the largest ROEs in Illinois. Participants will learn more about marketing and expanding their audience to support educational stakeholders. This engaging and interactive session will provide participants with the resources and knowledge to immediately begin creating their own videos. Additionally, video segments and analytics will be used to assist participants in understanding the value of this innovative approach.

Online Courses

We provide timely and relevant support to educators in their journey to meet the ever-increasing demands of teaching and leading through a variety of synchronous and asynchronous online workshops. All offerings provide participants with research-based, relevant resources and help address the critical issues facing educators today.

Administrator Academies

By statute, every administrator must complete a minimum of one approved academy annually and a minimum of five in each administrator certificate renewal period. 

 

The Illinois Online Academy provides a range of online academies that meet this criteria while providing research-based strategies to help you on you journey. Topics range from combatting educator burnout, meeting and presentation tips, restorative practices, and more.
