Devon LaRosa
Dr. Devon LaRosa is an 18-year veteran educator from the Midwest with extensive experience supporting students in grades PK–12. He has served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal throughout the region. Currently, Devon is working in Chicago Public Schools as the Chief of High Schools. Devon holds advanced and terminal degrees in Curriculum and Instruction as well as Organizational Leadership. He is a nationally recognized advocate for educational equity, frequently invited to keynote and share his insights on how schools can meaningfully advance their equity journeys. His work bridges practical school support with visionary leadership, making him a trusted voice in education transformation.
He is currently a Civic Leadership Fellow at the University of Chicago. Devon is also an active member/contributor of the Deeper Learning Districts. The Deeper Learning Districts, sponsored by Harvard Graduate School of Education, is a consortium of schools across North America committed to systems change, innovation in learning, equitable systems and practices in schools.
